For over 100 years the Oneida® name has been synonymous with the dining room, crafting high quality wares for the table. With Oneida® cookware this same attention to detail now finds its way into the kitchen. The line includes a full range of products in a variety of materials including stainless steel and aluminum, each set designed with specific needs in mind, from everyday use (like your first cookware set) to the more serious home chefs.
Stainless steel is durable and resists corrosion and tarnish extremely well. It’s non-reactive which means it’s not affected by acids found in some meats, milk, fruits and veggies. Vice-versa, it doesn’t contain chemicals that can contaminate your food. The material is smooth, scratch resistant and can be highly polished. Stainless steel is safe for use with all kitchen utensils, including metal or wood spoons and silicone spatulas. Available in stainless steel, tri-ply and copper base sets.
Aluminum is an excellent heat conductor as well as being lightweight and easy to handle. Non-stick coated aluminum allows for easy cleanup as well as healthier cooking, requiring less oils and sprays. Available in aluminum, forged and hard anodized construction sets.
